WHAT IS FP&A?

Financial Planning & Analysis is a core finance function in most companies that is often associated with tasks such as budgeting and analysis of financial results. FP&A, however, entails much more than that. FP&A leaders are true business partners for executive staffs as well as for business functions such as sales, marketing, services and manufacturing.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM OTHER RECRUITING AGENCIES?

WHY CAN'T I FIND FP&A TALENT EASILY MYSELF?

FP&A is a unique skillset that most recruiting agencies in the financial service sector are unable to locate. This is because FP&A requires talent beyond budgeting, planning and financial analysis. It requires the business acumen as a vehicle to improve financial performance and leadership development. Most employers who use finance recruiters end up sifting through multiple resumes for accountants, treasurers, tax specialists, controllers or financial analysts and FP&A talent is nowhere to be found. This would be the equivalent of trying to hire a software engineer by looking through all resumes with "engineering" in the title.
